When I close the program and open again I get this program error: When I open 4k images they always show pixelation when I zoom in (33,3%/66,6%) ![]() When I open a file I have some weird pixelation on the bottom of my images almost corruption looking, an when I zoom out they don't show anymore. I tried deactivating Native Canvas, and turning off the Graphics Processor. Updating Nvidia, Updating Windows 11, Going Back to Windows 10, Updating Again, Completely Factory Reset my computer and nothing. I tried: renaming the App Data Settings Folder. I literally went through every single troubleshooting solution and talked with at least 7 different agents and none of them gave me a permanent solution. Does anyone know a way around this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.I need help with photoshop, I have been having issues with photoshop for 6 months now. However, as I mentioned before, if you add the user's domain account to the local admin group on the PC, you can save to the network drive, so the size of the drive is apparently not the problem. The other article suggested that Photoshop 7 cannot recognize very large hard drives. That is not the case in our situation becasue you CAN save to the local HD, so it must not be full. I have read of two possible solutions: one says you can't save because the swap disk is full. ![]() This does not make sense: why would they need to be a local admin on a PC in order to save to a mapped drive which they access using domain credentials? The only way the users are able to save to the mapped drive is if you make them a local admin. We have reproduced the problem for three different users on three different PCs. It does not appear to be a premissions issue becasue htey are able to save from any other application to the mapped drive, they just can save from Photoshop 7. ![]() They are able to save to the local hard drive on the PC and can also save to a flash drive but cannot save to the network drive. When they try to save the file they received an error saying it cannot be saved because the disk is full, but the disk is not full. ![]() My users have reported a problem with saving files from AdobePhotoshop 7 to a mapped network drive.
